For the first few years the focus of the company was in establishing itself as an architectural services provider of distinction on the West Coast of the United States. Our clients were small to medium to large sized architecture firms primarily in California, Nevada & Arizona. Within 4 years Excelize had grown to a team size of nearly 45+ employees working with 50 plus clients and had executed 300+ projects in residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality spaces etc. Excelize developed a reputation for being an excellent service provider with a team of well trained and experienced staff that delivered each time and every time.
Leveraging our experience of working with some of the top architecture firms in the US, we established a unique outsourcing methodology built on an onsite & offsite team supported by the latest technology tools to deliver the highest value for our clients. Excelize was invited by the AIA to participate on its task force for setting global standards for outsourcing of architectural services.
By 2007 the company started providing services to clients in India. Our international work experience helped us create a unique set of services for the Indian market under the banner of Design Management Services (DMS) . Since 2007 we have worked with some of the top real estate developers & construction companies on various prestigious projects in Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore.
By combining our expertise in the latest technology platform of Building Information Modelling (BIM) & Design Management Services (DMS) we are able to deliver tremendous value to our clients in India, US, UK & Middle-East.
