He is intimately involved in the day to day operations of Excelize group of companies. Pratap´s experience brings a strong technical foundation to Excelize. Under his entrepreneurial leadership, Excelize has rapidly grown as a global architectural firm providing services to some of the top US architecture firms and biggest real estate developers of India. Pratap is a Computer Engineer from University of Pune, India and also has a Masters in Engineering Management from Santa Clara, US. |

Mr. Dalal brings in more than 25 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design and project Management on variety of projects spread across the country. He has independently designed, and executed projects across 28 cities, involving a total outlay of approx. Indian Rs. 6000 million or US$ 150 million. His projects include Specialty Hospitals, Senior Citizens' Commune, Research Centers, Pharmaceutical Plants, Industrial Complexes, Commercial Offices, Residential Complexes, Service Apartments, Resorts, Showrooms, Malls, Multiplexes, etc. As a Director at Excelize, Mr. Dalal is involved in strategic planning and business development. |

Architect and interior designer since 1993, Sonali has worked with the top architectural firms in the US and India. At Excelize, she manages technical development, training and project delivery for clients. As resident knowledge expert she acts as a bridge between international architecture practice and that in the domestic market. She has been instrumental in training the team and also evolving the various processes that are responsible for the quality of work executed at Excelize. She has established the Design Management Services model for India. |

Rahul has worked for more than 8 years in Semi Govt., around 10 years in public/private limited companies, 5 years in education institute and 4 years of entrepreneurship has given an high experience of varied industrial activities. Bringing in a strong public relations understanding to Excelize which helps in cooperative working atmosphere all the time with clients and also at works. A regular faculty for local MBA institutes, Quality Assessing institutes and lecturing for various strata of life for subjects like Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Sales and Marketing and Building Quality Management Systems. He is Qualified with Masters in Physics, MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design that helps in understanding industry much better. |

Experience in the architectural and construction industry. He has been entrusted the responsibility of looking after day to day operations of architectural projects. Prior to working with Excelize, Tushar was practicing as an architect, during which he has gained extensive experience of working in the domestic market. He has extensive and varied experience of managing architectural projects for various commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Some of his recent projects have seen him in the role of a coordination expert for projects ranging from airport, commercial office building and residential high rise tower. Sandeep is associated with Excelize for last 5+ years as a Senior Architect. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree in year 2001. He has a good experience of designing and managing multiple Residential and Commercial projects. He is specialized working in Auto-CAD, Revit, 3dsmax, sketch-up etc. On behalf of Excelize he has worked for Architectural firm in San Francisco, California for 2 Months. Sandeep has a good eye of detail hence he has managed QA-QC processes for BIM modeling and construction documents for various projects. Sandeep has a vast experience as a project coordinator for various residential as well as commercial projects; he was also involved for creating construction documents for an international airport project in India.
