Excelize has recently worked as a BIM consultant on an Infrastructure development project (Highway and Metro rail) in the Middle East.
The scope was to provide 4D Construction simulation services for approximately 4.5 kilometers of Highway and metro rail. The simulation was generated to focus on major construction tasks such as excavation, foundations, and structural works, etc. The model was generated with LOD 200 as per relevant AIA specifications.
The formwork quantity extracted was 99.06% accurate when compared with the quantity extracted by the site team.
This Project was spread on a plot area of 5 acres and built up area of 100,000 sq. m 2 basement floor parking with G+ 40 storied building or residential flats, and penthouse floors.
The difference between this project and the other residential project is the use of MIVAN structures. The MIVAN structures were easy for installation, helpful to achieve speed in comparison to the conventional structure which in turn resulted in the quick completion of the project.
Excelize’s scope of work was to build a BIM Architectural, structural and services model, coordinate between all the services, model the interiors and coordinate that with the other disciplines and generate BOQ’s.
Excelize has worked as a BIM consultant for an IT Giant on a couple of IT park projects in the Eastern and Southern part of the country. The scope on this project was to provide complete BIM support from design development stage through construction and post-construction stage. It included 3D, 4D,5D and support in Facilities Management & as built.
This is a high rise residential tower of high-end apartments with 3 levels of parking and podium and clubhouse. The towers have multiple options for flats like Duplexes, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK.
Excelize’s scope of work was to build a BIM model, coordinate with the structural and the services, Generate the BOQ’s and create Good For Construction documents.
Excelize has worked as a BIM Consultant to provide Scan to BIM services for a heritage building which is more than 60 years old. This building is due for renovation and the contractor appointed for the renovation wanted to start with a Revit model generated from the Laser scans. The client (contractor appointed for the renovation) was keen to develop a BIM model for all the ETR (existing to remain) for the utilities and an overall model to begin with the renovation.
