A provider of prefabricated solutions for Cleanrooms, Cold Chain Infrastructure, and Engineering products faced unforeseen challenges during assembly.

There was a lot of material waste, long installation time, and the risk of prefabricated parts not fitting together.



We put our expertise in BIM to use for creating Revit content (BIM objects) for their prefabricated products.

These would be used by their design team and shared with external agencies for BIM Modelling as well as generating exact BOQs - leading to an efficient prefabrication workflow.
