One fully coordinated unit template, resolved once and propagated across every matching unit type, so an error doesn't get fixed 200 times.
A single-family renovation and a 220-unit apartment building are not the same coordination problem, even though both fall under "residential." Scale changes what breaks. Excelize's multifamily BIM services are scoped to large-scale, repeatable-unit residential construction, not general home design.
A single-family renovation has one shot at getting a detail right. A 220-unit apartment building has the same shot, replicated 220 times over, which means the workflow that works fine on a custom home doesn't scale to a repeating floor plan. A generic BIM process treats every unit as its own coordination event. Nothing carries forward, nothing gets caught once and trusted everywhere.
A developer's proforma assumes a per-unit coordination cost that only holds if the process actually scales. A firm without a repeatable-unit workflow can't deliver that, the cost per unit creeps as issues get caught late and resolved individually, one at a time, instead of once at the template.
