We pull your quantities straight from the model, not by hand off PDFs. Faster takeoffs, fewer misses, and numbers that update when the design changes.
Counting quantities off PDFs is slow, and a late design change can undo the count. Model-based takeoffs solve both. Excelize pulls quantities straight from the BIM, so they’re fast, consistent, and easy to defend.
A quantity takeoff is the count of materials and work a project needs, the basis for every estimate. A model-based takeoff pulls those quantities straight from the BIM instead of measuring drawings by hand. Because the numbers come from the model, they stay consistent and update when the design changes. Excelize produces model-based takeoffs for U.S. contractors and estimators, linked to your cost codes.
Counts and measures pulled directly from the BIM, by trade and assembly.
Quantities mapped to your cost codes or estimating system.
Concrete, steel, architectural, and MEP quantities to the detail you need.
Quantities re-run when the design changes, with the deltas shown.
We use your model, or build one to take off from.
Quantities checked against the model, so they hold up in review.
We confirm your model or drawings, your trades, and your cost codes.
We check the model is takeoff-ready, or model what’s missing.
Quantities extracted by trade and assembly.
Mapped to your codes and checked against the model.
Quantities in your format, ready to drop into your estimate.
Revit, Navisworks, and takeoff tools, exported to Excel or your estimating system.
Your cost-code structure (CSI MasterFormat or your own), and AIA G202 LOD.
Your Revit or IFC model, or 2D drawings we model from.
Excel, CSV, and direct exports to your estimating tool.
The takeoffs U.S. estimators ask us for most:
Volumes, rebar, and formwork by element.
Tonnage and member counts.
Walls, finishes, doors, and openings.
Duct, pipe, conduit, and fixtures by system.
Send a model or a drawing set. We’ll take off a sample trade and send it back in 2 to 3 days, so you can see the accuracy before you commit.
Manual takeoffs are slow, and they drift. Two estimators measure the same set and get two different numbers. Pull the quantities from the model, and they’re consistent every time, and they update the moment the design does. That’s fewer hours, fewer misses, and an estimate you can defend.
Send a model or set. We take off a sample trade and send it back in 2 to 3 days.
